Kevin Misher

Founder

Raised in Queens, New York, and a graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Kevin began his career at HBO as a financial analyst for then-CEO Michael Fuchs before moving to Los Angeles, where he started in the mailroom at International Creative Management and later at InterTalent Agency. His instincts for good material led to legendary executive Mike Medavoy bringing him to TriStar Pictures as a creative executive. Kevin quickly rose through the ranks there to shepherd films as varied as the sports classic Rudy and Mike Newell’s Donnie Brasco starring Al Pacino.

In 1996, Kevin moved to Universal Pictures, where he was soon promoted to President of Production at age 33. While there, he helped shape one of the studio’s most successful eras, supervising acclaimed films such as Out of Sight and Erin Brockovich and launching four of the studio’s most enduring global franchises: The Fast and the Furious, The Mummy, The Bourne Identity, and Meet the Parents. This success prompted him to launch Misher Films in 2001.

Andy Berman

Executive Producer

A longtime senior executive at Misher Films, Andy Berman has helped drive the development and launch of the company’s slate for more than two decades. From identifying ideas and material to aligning projects with creative talent and the right path to production, he plays a central role in guiding films from early concept into active production.
